The bold colours of Provence surround our guests to create a vibrant setting for our delicious country breakfast.

The outstanding views from our dining room set the mood to enjoy a culinary delight. When you enter the dining room you will be welcomed by the aroma of large fresh baked cranberry cinnamon buns topped with a lemon glaze, along with fresh baked lavendar scones and other delights.

We take pride in making all of our own preserves. Salt Spring Island Fall Fair winners! Peach and Lavender Jam and our Lavender Scones.

Our breakfast begins with homemade individual fresh baked tarts, topped with fresh fruit from our garden. We then serve cheese blintz crepes with fresh blueberry sauce or a three cheese fritata or even an omelette souffle, and of course fresh orange juice coffee or tea.
